1. GENERAL

     1.1. By commissioning me you accept that you have accepted my ToS.

         1.2. I do not hold responsibility for ToS issues, nor do I do refunds because of situations like changing your mind.

2. PAYMENT

    2.1. Any prices that are stated are STARTING PRICES, therefore it means they may go up depending on the complexity and amount of the work I'll be doing for your request! The price I specify when the commission is settled is final and I will not be changing it.

        2.2. The payment may be partial or full, and can vary from 50/50 to different amounts.

             2.3. Refunds, if requested, will be processed or not case-by-case, but I can say a few things for sure: I will not be refunding a person after the work on your commission has started, and I have the right to ask the client about the reasons for the refund request, and the client is required to explain the situation at least briefly; Therefore I am required to not disclose the reason to third parties.

                 2.4. My currently available payment methods are:

                 Ko-fi; Only through the commissions tab.

                 Paypal Invoices; Only done through a premade invoice that will be sent to you when payment is needed. For the record, the invoice will not include your address, and I will not have access to it.

3. REVISIONS

     3.1. Revisions are allowed each time I send an update, for example when I am sending you a specific finished stage, it is subject to change and you have an option to request so.

         The stages may be but are not limited to: finished sketching, finished lineart, finished coloring, finished rendering.

         After the finished stage has been confirmed by the customer I will be continuing and any future requests about the previously confirmed stage may cost an additional fee, that will be calculated based on the original price and by how far I got to go with the work.

         3.2. Finished and confirmed work will NOT be subject to change later;

In VTuber model Outfit commission the situation is a bit different, the outfit is not linked to the previously finished work and will be done separately from what was done in the past.

4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

     4.1. Deadlines and delivery times may also vary depending on the work commissioned.

Approximated delivery times are specified in the description of services and will be specified when the commission is settled!

         4.2. Rush fees and short deadlines might and might NOT be available, please check in with me or wait for a response to your request!

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

     PERSONAL USE INCLUDES: Posting my work on social media or putting it as your pfp or banner with credits, putting it as wallpapers on your phone or computer, any kind of stuff that doesn't give you any profit or directly advertise something getting you profit

     STREAMING USE INCLUDES: Everything from the personal use tier + using my works as a part of your streams, as something that people get in return for money (exclusive content/emotes), advertising your streaming activities with said work while for all of it GIVING CREDIT to @hyperkoro on twitter.com

    MERCHANDISE USE INCLUDES: Printing my works with aiming to make money off of the printed product (standees, keychains, posters, etc etc), ads for profitable projects with or without revenue, usage as something that people get in return for money, all of it WITH CREDIT.

    I do not offer transferring rights of the work I do.

6. WHO YOU ARE WORKING WITH

    6.1. The person behind the hyperkoro Ch. accounts is legally still considered a minor in their country, their business is handled through their legal guardian’s PayPal account with permission as allowed in PayPal Terms of Service. The business is considered legal and is managed to the best of Hyperkoro’s abilities, thank you for your understanding.

        6.2. The artist may not be comfortable working with MDNI accounts (“Minors, do not interact”; meaning that you prohibit any minors from interacting with your social media) or accounts that actively promote a sexualized mindset/imagery, please keep that in mind and make sure that Koro is comfortable to work with you.

7. COMMUNICATION

Stable communication is key: I am really open to talking and discussing any ideas for any works commissioned, I am open to vcs and I REALLY appreciate docs or lots of references, they really affect the quality of the finished product!! However I, as the artist of the commissioned work, still have any rights to decline requests without providing further details

Communication is open through Twitter and Discord! Throughout the commission I will need to stay in contact with you for updates and questions so PLEASE be available on those same socials that you leave in your request!
